Only the active practice owner can start or change a paid subscription. Member roles can review plan status but cannot make billing changes.
What does Pro add over Solo?
Pro adds a three-seat shared workspace, Alerts monitoring, and the Deadlines views a small practice needs for deadline operations.
When should I choose Team?
Team is for one practice that needs up to ten seats and a larger operating group, but does not need multiple active practices.
Can I keep using Solo?
Yes. Solo is the paid single-owner plan for one live practice. Trial and demo practices stay separate from production billing.
Can I create multiple practices?
Solo, Pro, and Team include one active practice. Additional practices, offices, or demo/production separation are available on the Enterprise plan.
